  • Access request sign-ups: When you request access, we collect your email address. This is processed via Resend.
  • Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address.
  • Usage data: Information about how you use BlockKeeper, including the blocks you manage, service charge records, and actions taken within the platform.

Information We Collect Automatically

  • Website analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This may include your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data.
  • Log data: Our servers automatically record certain information, including your IP address, browser type, referring URLs, and the date and time of your visit.

Access Request Email Collection

If you have registered your email address to request access to BlockKeeper, your email address is stored and used solely to send onboarding and relevant product updates.

Retention: Access request email addresses are retained for up to one year, or until you unsubscribe — whichever comes first. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.


Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, under data processing agreements:

  • Resend — email delivery (access request notifications and transactional emails)
  • Google Analytics — website analytics
  • Stripe — payment processing (when you become a paying subscriber)

These providers act as data processors and are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
